Nature of the service: The customer acknowledges that this booking constitutes a request for the purchase of named tickets from the Alhambra and Generalife Trust. As the service commences immediately upon payment and is linked to a specific date and time for a leisure activity, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 103, paragraphs (a) and (l) of the TRLCU.

Schedule management: THE COMPANY reserves the right, depending on the actual availability of tickets issued by the Monument, to adjust the time of the visit (guided or self-guided). A margin of up to [6] hours from the time initially requested shall be considered an acceptable adjustment. If the necessary adjustment exceeds this margin, the customer may choose to accept the new time or request the termination of the contract with a full refund. By placing this booking request, the customer expressly accepts this flexibility regarding timings, subject to official availability.

ALHAMBRA: We will pick you up from your hotel in Granada City Centre between 9:15 and 9:45 a.m. In case you are not lodged in a hotel in Granada or the hotel is not located within 5 km of Granada City Centre, the meeting point will always be at the Welcome Visitor Centre, next to the Alhambra (just 100 meters from the Car Park N1), between 9:40 and 9:50 a.m.

Although the tour will start at 10:00 a.m., our Reception Centre is open from 8:30 a.m., so we recommend you go early in the morning so you can find out information about tourism offers in the city, enjoy our reading spot and free Wi-Fi area or have breakfast in the cafe while the children have fun in the playground. Our greatest wish is that your day in Granada starts in the best way possible.

FLAMENCO: meeting point is Camino del Sacromonte 9, at 7.00pm if you have chosen dinner or at 9.15 pm if you have chosen only a drink

• Given the length of the route, we recommend you to wear comfortable shoes, and in summer, sun protection.
• The order of the visit can be modified on some occasions by orders of the Board of Trustees.
• Occasionally, for operational reasons, the tour can be done in two languages ​​simultaneously.
• You must keep the monument ticket throughout the tour.
• It’s important to include the hotel where you will stay, email address, and phone number when you book.

Cancellation by the customer: The customer may cancel their booking at least 72 hours before the date of the visit. The amount paid will be refunded, minus:
– €32 in the case of a General Alhambra ticket.
– €23 in the case of a Gardens Alhambra ticket.

This amount will be retained to cover administrative fees, operational costs and the inability to recover the cost of the personalised ticket already issued. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellation by the company: In the exceptional event of tickets being unavailable or a technical impossibility to fulfil the booking, THE COMPANY may cancel the booking with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice, guaranteeing a 100% refund of the amount paid to the customer or, if the customer prefers, their transfer to a priority waiting list. THE COMPANY is exempt from any further liability or compensation for damages arising from this cancellation due to a lack of ticket availability at the Monument.
